Walls and ceiling are well insulated which means the cool air stays in and the noise stays out!There is AC in the Van while the engine is running. There is a Maxxair dual direction fan that can exhausts the hot air and brings the cool air in while parked. The 400 Watt solar panels attached to a state of the art Mppt solar charge controller keeps the maintenance free Lithium batteries charged. There is also installed a battery Isolator so the vehicles alternator charges the batteries while you are in route to your next campsite. There are 6 USB ports and 6-120v plugs connected to a fully automatic 2,000 Watt inverter so if you need to charge your laptop or anything else, you are good to go.A comfy full-sized platform bed with a 6" memory foam mattress that easily sleeps two will keep you fresh after a day of driving or adventuring! The 70 Liter fridge will keep all of your food and drinks icy cold your entire trip without the need for ice. It also has a small freezer compartment for your favorite frozen treats. There are 2-5 gallon tanks of clean water and a grey water tank under the sink for easy access. There is an electric induction stove top and cookware in the van that run off the batteries.Two bench seats and a table with a window view are great for dining or working. There is ample storage including a hanging closet and a garage for bikes and other outdoor gear! With upper cabinets stretching to the rear of the van on both sides. There is ample storage for dry food, clothes, gear, and anything else you may need on your trip.Provided for free with the rental: Plates, Cups, Bowls, Silverware, Pot, Pan, Soap and Sponge, Spatula, cutting board, Step Stool, Trash bags, Broom and dustpan, Rug, Leveling Ramps, Fresh Water, First Aid Kit, Jumper Cables, and all of the instructions needed to have a memorable trip.The pick up and drop off time is not set in stone. The rental runs on a 24 hour clock, if you pick up the vehicle at 2:00pm it will need to be retuned by 2:00pm on drop off day. Any additional time added will be billed to the customer at $30 per hour (10 minutes late begins the hour). Please respect my time and coordinate with me pick up and drop off, I am more than reasonable with advance notice.Additional:
*Vehicle must be returned with same level of fuel as pickup, otherwise, a charge of $6.50/gallon will be charged.* Driving the vehicle on dirt roads and fire roads is expected, but off-roading is prohibited and renter shall be financially responsible for damages arising from such activity.
Other things to noteDo to these unusual times, we want to be extra cautious and ensure proper care of the van not only for you, but for the next renter. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfect before each use per CDC recommended guidelines. NO SMOKING is allowed. The outdoors is messy, but any excess mess due to partying, neglect, etc will result in extra charges. We will keep a percentage of your deposit if we find the vehicle is unusually soiled.
