• You are required to dump the waste tank (black and gray tanks) before returning the camp trailer to its owner unless you choose the add-on fee.
• You are required to fill the potable water tank.
• Propane tank will be full upon pick up, you do not need to refill before you return.
• If you are hooking up to sewer at your campsite, please let us know before orientation so we can provide you with a longer sewer hose and amp protector.
• No fireworks are to be stored or transported in the camp trailer and renter is not allowed to ignite fireworks within 20 feet of the camp trailer.
• Please remove your shoes before entering the camp trailer.
• No refunds for bad or poor weather.
• No smoking inside the camp trailer. A $250 fee will be assessed upon drop off if it is determined you smoked inside the camp trailer.
• Maximum 2 pets allowed. Sorry, no cats.
