I’ve lived in Troutman since 2004. We enjoy the outdoors and camping & we hope you and your family will enjoy it just as much. Queen size bed, two full size bunk beds, dinette pulls out as well. Heat/AC, full kitchen, sink, stove, microwave. Private bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and separate door to the outside from the bathroom. Outdoor kitchen/grill with second fridge. Huge outdoor awning to enjoy some shade on a hot day. Included on your rental is plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, dish soap, sponge, towels, trash bags. Hand towels, wash clothes, pillows, bed sheets and comforter. Included on the outside is door mat, fresh water hose and filter. Power cord with adapters if needed, waste dump kit, propane tank, leveling and stabilizer blocks, electric hook up.
