What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Renters must call the owner to arrange pick up and drop off times ( preferably the day of booking not the day of pick up) I'm flexible... with pick up and drop off times within 1 hr. If the Renter is a no-show it will be treated as a Renter cancellation, and the Owner’s Cancellation Policy (https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/what-is-the-cancellation-policy) will go into effect. Any refunds given will solely be at the discretion of the RV owner.
