Rules and policies
Hey there! Thanks for renting our toy hauler we want you to have an awesome and safe trip. Here are a few important things to know before you head out: *Towing & Setup You’ll need a vehicle with the proper tow capacity and a 7-pin plug with a brake controller (the trailer has electric brakes). I’ll include the anti-sway load-leveling hitch for safer towing — I’ll show you how to hook it up. Please drive slow over bumps and dips and take wide turns. *Using the Trailer The trailer has AC, heat, stove, oven, microwave, radio, inside & outside showers, and a movie projector. Leveling jacks are for stabilizing, not lifting don’t use them to raise the trailer. Please keep the awning in if it’s windy or when you’re not at camp — they can get damaged easily. The rear door has a screen — perfect for airflow, just make sure it’s latched when not in use. *Water, Power, and Tanks If you hook up to city water, don’t turn on the water pump (only use the pump when off-grid). Please empty the black and gray tanks before returning, unless you’ve arranged otherwise. If using a generator or propane, return them full or we’ll deduct refilling cost from the deposit. *Inside the Trailer Sleeps 6 comfortably — please avoid jumping or standing on furniture. The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, and utensils — please wash and put them away before returning. Keep food sealed and trash emptied to avoid pests. **Return Condition** Please return the trailer clean and swept, with dishes washed and trash out. If tanks aren’t dumped or the trailer isn’t cleaned, a small cleaning/dumping fee will apply. We’ll do a quick walk-around together when you return it to check condition. *Contact Info If you have any issues on your trip, call or text me anytime. I want you to enjoy your trip and get back safe! • Jason [phone number removed]
