Items provided are for use during the rental period only and must remain inside the RV and in good condition The RV must be left in a reasonably clean condition, with trash removed and surfaces wiped down No climbing on the roof or exterior of the RV Do not flush anything other than RV-safe toilet paper (provided by owner) Do not use harsh chemicals in sinks, shower, or toilet Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC/heat is running No candles, incense, or open flames inside the RV No illegal activity on the premises or inside the RV. No space heaters or unapproved appliances that could overload electrical circuits Do not place wet items (towels, swimsuits, etc.) on furniture or bedding Do not use tape, nails, or tacks on walls furniture, or exterior surfaces Renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests There will be a charge for any missing or damaged equipment (chairs, cookware, linens, etc.) Immediately report any damage, malfunction, or accident to the Owner.
