Air conditioning, 3 person bunk beds in the back couch is a futon and the table also turns into a bed. Of course has an inside kitchen but also has an Awesome outside kitchen with cupboards, fridge, sink and stove top. Comes with a 50 ft extension cord but a 4200watt generator is also avail. For an extra fee. The trailer fully loaded with propane and water and cargo has a GVR of 9500 lbs. So a full size truck is needed.
