This is a 24 foot, Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R, Class C Motorhome. It sleeps 4 comfortably and is easy to operate. Its length allows it to park in many places that most RV's can't park. The Ford E-350 engine and chassis is easily maneuvered with a minimum of experience. Suitable for a couple or a family with two small kids. There is lots of storage, and everything is very functional. The refrigerator has a surprising amount of room for fresh and frozen food. This RV is capable of boon-docking for more than a few days with a 45 gallon water tank, large holding tanks and a generator. Pets ok.Cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans will be provided at NO Charge . Also at NO Charge: 2 camp chairs, 1 outdoor tables, outdoor rug, Weber BBQ, bike rack (sorry, bikes not included). And now for some bad news. Smoking and/or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor a cleaning fee will be charged of $500. We're serious. Smoke 'em if you got 'em, but not in this vehicle. No off-roading! Paved roads only
Sorry, but not available for Burning Man, Coachella, and Stagecoach dates. Love these events, but they're too hard on RV rentals.

Hey Folks! We're full time residents of Palm Desert CA, semi-retired. We bought our RV because we're travelers who don't want to get on a plane or stay in hotels that we don't KNOW will be properly cleaned. We've rented RV's many times over the years and can give you tips and advice on how to maximize your fun and minimize your stress. We travel with our little dog and invite you to bring your furry friend(s) along, too. Our recent trips have included Sedona, AZ, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe. We look forward to answering any questions you may have and seeing you off on your next adventure!

Our time was fantastic and Robert was helpful and quick to communicate and the RV was as advertised and exactly what we needed.

We just finished a great camping trip with Robert's Mini Winnie RV. Everything about our experience was great. It was just my wife and I so the camper was plenty roomy. The bed was a bit tight but the mattress was very comfortable. There were a few hot days ( Joshua Tree and Lake Mead) and cold nights (Bryce Canyon) but the AC and heater worked great. The extras included in the rental like the camp chairs, bike rack, table, portable stove, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pan, cups were in great shape and made it comfortable. Robert was a great owner and was very responsive whenever we had a question. As first time campers, we were surprised how easy and straightforward the entire experience went. Finally, one tip for future campers. Rent e-bikes. They were a godsend for getting around the national parks and made the trip fun and they avoided relying on the shuttles or moving the RV once we arrived. We will do this again!

This RV fit our needs perfectly. Our campsite reservation limited us to the 24' length and we needed a generator for dry camping for 2 weeks in Tuolumne. The RV had everything we needed. Great size fridge/freezer for 2 weeks of food. RV is well stocked with all the supplies from can openers, camp stove, levelers, flashlights, etc. The RV has comfortable beds, ample closet/cabinet space and great to drive, bonus the retractable awning for shade!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If there is no booking immediately before or after your dates, we are very flexible as to pickup and return times.

Q.What is the mpg average of your RV?
A.
Keeping the driving speed under 65 mph, usually our RV gets about 9 mpg. It has a 55 gallon tank, so the cruising range is about 500 miles.

Q.What electrical connection will we need at an RV park?
A.
A standard hookup for our RV is 30 amps. A 20 or 40 amp connection is fine, we have adaptor plugs for those connections. A 20 amp connection is sort of the minimum to run the cabin A/C. If you're not using the A/C, the RV does fine on typical 15 amp garage hookup.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The First Rule of RV'ing is DON'T BE IN A HURRY. When you rush bad things happen. Like a pilot, before you take off, you've got to inspect the whole vehicle. Circle twice outside making sure everything is stowed and you're completely familiar with the surroundings before you put it in drive. Seriously, take your time.
