• Renters are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the trailer during their rental. The trailer must be returned in clean condition. Renters are expected to:
Sweep and wipe down surfaces.
Clean the kitchen (including the stove, refrigerator, and sink).
Remove all trash and personal belongings.
If the trailer is excessively dirty or requires professional cleaning, a cleaning fee (typically $100-$200) will be deducted from the security deposit.
