Feel free to dry camp for a week with the 30 fresh water tank or hook up at a friendly campsite for an extended stay!
Due to its size (under 20ft) you can also take it throughout the city and park it legally anywhere! Plan an adventure anytime of the year thanks to the maxAir fan and Dometic a/c along with an Espar diesel heater for the winter!
The water tank is 30 gallons. I use about 3 gallons when I shower and maybe 1 gallon for other misc. uses such as from the sink. So using water sparingly could last you about 7 days without refilling.
The portable toilet is not your normal toilet. It is a laveo dry flush toilet. So it works by you doing your business then pressing the flush button. This air seals your waste and prepares for the next use. It runs off a battery [cannot get wet!] and rarely needs charged but the charger is in the trunk area of the van. The toilet will allow for about 15 flushes and all you need to do and remove and dispose of the waste in a dumpster. The toilet refill cartridge is the bottom black part.
This means no hassle with sewage or black water! WoohooWhat's includedFresh linen always included and plenty of cookware/utinsils to make your trip seemless and stressfree!
Airport pickup from Phoenix Sky Harbor available upon request.
Delivery and pickup within 100mi radius available upon request.

Planning to be off grid? The van has 4 ion batteries and 3 solar panels. The electric part of the van can be a lot at first to learn but the way I like to think about it is basing everything off the inverter. In the van there is a display for battery power and this shows the amp usage. When the amps are positive the battery is charging and negative means the battery is being used. Fridge doesn’t use much power and is always kept on along with a few other things. Outlets in the van require the inverter to be on but also don’t use much power either. Power to the inverter will also need to be on for connecting power to the outside of the van (shore power). Otherwise the inverter should be off (nothing plugged into outlets inside van and not charging the van via outside).
Other things to noteThis van sleeps 2 people in the queen. The dinette has the ability to sleep an extra person and you can purchase the add-on for the front cab air mattress to sleep a 4th person.Additionally there’s a ton of storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear!If you need to get to the roof, use the ladder and only stand on the outer edges of the roof. Stay away from the middle and don’t stand anywhere near the ac. If you can keep your weight on the roof rack that’s best!Another thing to note, this vehicle is 2WD and doesn’t have an upgraded suspension/lift. No climbing boulders with the FullVanAir.Please do not take through a car wash! Absolutely NO smoking/vapes and NO pets at all. A $350 fee will be charged. Please be conscientious and courteous as a guest. This is my personal vehicle and not some company. I do all the cleaning and maintenance.
Upon return dispose of all trash, and place toilet refill in dumpster.
Other things to consider that effect the battery are turning the car on charges the battery and unfortunately the solar panels only charge while the sun is out lol. On the other hand, the a/c uses a good amount of power and would not recommend dry camping/boondocking somewhere it’s hot the entire day and night. However if you only need the AC during the day you will be fine. Also the hot water heater uses A LOT of power so maybe wouldn’t use it for a long time, important to turn on and off for only the shower. To quantify the electrical for a 3 day trip, you should be totally fine to use everything carefree with no worries with the exemption of the hot water heater

This was our first trip to the Southwest. We flew into Phoenix making it a convenient drive to pick up the van. Brian (and his van) made it the best trip it could be. We were able to comfortably visit several National and State Parks-Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome State Park, Glen Canyon/Lake Powell Area, and Monument Valley.
Brian made it easy from start to finish. Great communications all around. The van is equipped with anything you might need or want and is extremely comfortable to drive long distances. Because of its size, this van was easy to navigate and park most anywhere. We feel fortunate to have found this van!

Renting Brian's van was an absolute dream! The pickup was very easy; Brian walked us through how to use every part of the van and we felt ready to take it on the road on our own. Driving was smooth and felt comfortable the whole time, even on our first 4.5-hour drive! The van has everything you could need or even want for a comfortable trip. Moving around the van was easy with two people, we had plenty of space to scoot by each other. Bags are able to be accessed through the inside of the van through the under-bed storage, which was a huge benefit to not have to leave the van each time you needed something, and the bags were still out of the way. The toilet was clean and easy to use and dispose of waste at the end of the trip. Everything was as advertised, and Brian was extremely helpful and easy to work with! I would recommend everyone to rent this van!

Brian’s camper van was everything my boyfriend and I could have asked for and more. We traveled from Phoenix into New Mexico and back and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brian was super thorough with explaining everything about that van before we hit the road and prompt about getting back to us asap with any questions we had along the way. The van itself was very organized with lots of important amenities for venturing out into the middle of nowhere. If your looking your next best road trip then look no further!

Brian’s answer

Thank you for the 5 stars! Hope it was the experience of a lifetime 😊

This van is a luxury on wheels, it had everything I would want for my travels. The heater kept me warm at night even though I was parked in the snow. I am a small woman and was concerned about driving a rig, this van was easy to drive on the highway and on dirt roads. I appreciated the toilet that is included, no mess or black tank to empty. This rig was both my hotel and rental car in one and cost less than my traditional vacations. Brian was so gracious and accommodating; he drove me from and to the airport, patient while explaining all the details as this was my first RV adventure, and was friendly and kind. Next time I am in the Phoenix area I will definitely choose Brian's van.
