Rules and policies
We generally rent as setup only, contact me if you are interested in pulling our trailer. We take the responsibility of delivering and setting it up at your campsite.
Delivery includes walk-through, tear-down and dump. We will pick up the camper 1 hour before the time your campsite requests you to check out.
If towing the RV, your vehicle needs to be capable of towing 10,000 lbs. at a max of 60% capacity. Sway control and tow hitch will be provided.
Smoking of any kind inside the camper is prohibited or it will forfeit your deposit. No pets. No climbing on the roof. No illegal substances/activities. Deep cleaning fee will apply if the camper is returned extremely dirty.
Toy hauler requires a 30 amp connection.
The fridge and water heater can be run on electric and propane.
A generator will be provided, if needed, for an additional fee. We also provide a propane tank.
