We have decided to let others enjoy our 2017 Jayco Octane Toy hauler, we call it the Brennan Bunk House and we hope to make your camping experience as memorable as ours have been! It is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the outdoors but also having the comforts of home. It is fully equipped with plenty of sleeping areas including a separate bedroom with Queen size bed, a large king bed above the dinette table, and the dinette turns into a double bed, fold out couch sleeps one comfortably and bunk beds for the kids or as we call it shelving for the Teenagers ;)! It features a nice sized separate bathroom and shower and the kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove top range and convection oven. The cabinets are all soft close drawers/doors. This camper has quite a few high end components such as a flat screen T.V. and DVD player, radio and CD player. It has air conditioning and heat, controlled from a wall thermostat. The electric awning is very easy to use and there is LED lighting through out the camper, inside and out. There is tons of storage space for all of your adventure gear! We do all of the delivery and set up so you can come prepared to have a great camping experience without all the hassle! What's includedWe have included all the necessary items in the kitchen, such as pots and pans, dishes, and picnic table coverings. We also include fresh linens, pillows, and towels. We include 2 fold up tables and 6 fold up chairs. We can also include a fishing package at an additional charge. RecommendationsThere are many camping areas around Tampa Bay and the surrounding area. Homosassa is a beautiful place to visit and we have been there many times swimming with the manatees and scalloping. We love going to the Peace River Campground with our family searching for sharks teeth and riding our ATV's. We also love the Crooms camping area near Brooksville and have been there many times with our family, there is 100's of acres of trail riding and they have full hook up camping areas. We would also deliver and set up at Fort Wilderness in Orlando for a small additional charge.Other things to noteSorry but no Pets please and we do not allow smoking inside our camper. We will deliver and set up the camper for your convenience within a 100 mile radius, some stipulations are that the renter must be present and we must have RV Slot confirmation with a Slot number. We do not deliver to first come first serve parks. Our hours of operation for delivery and set up are Monday thru Friday 10am to 4pm.
