This is a 30 foot, privately owned, travel trailer with a big living room slide out that sleeps 6 people. I would not recommend more than 4 unless the extras are little people, (children). You should keep in mind that about one third of it is garage space. It is our personal RV which contains everything you will need except your toothbrush and your toys. It also includes a fully stocked kitchen with all needed small and large appliances, eating, and cooking utensils. We'll even include an extra cooler for your drinkables and an ice-maker for the mixed drink folks. The garage has one big bike wheel chock, (used for my Harley Road King) and many anchor points to insure the safe security of your toys.
