Other things to note
No smoking at any time. Pets maybe allowed with an additional per night and per animal fee. If it is determined that smoking has taken place in the RV, the security deposit will be withheld.
You are required to put the RV into 2nd gear when going downhill through mountain passes as happens often failure to do so may result in the breaks burning out and could result in additional fees.
When you start to head back downhill, use your engine and transmission to slow the vehicle down instead of the brakes. Shift to a lower gear before you start heading downhill, as this will help slow down the car without you having to ride the brakes.
All campers are responsible for their own safety and children should not be left unsupervised as it isn’t possible to childproof an RV.
The driver must be 30 years of age and an experienced, licensed driver.
Some travel restrictions may apply. Please contact me for more information.
Deposit: All appliances work within the coach so they are your responsibility while on the trip hence any repair costs will be taken from the deposit.
If there is an incident or accident that requires me to get a quote for insurance and repair there will be a $150 administrative fee taken from the deposit.
Fees:
If the renter has not dumped grey and black water tanks upon return then a $150 fee will be charged to the security deposit.
If the vehicle is returned in worse condition than it was rented then a $100 fee will be charged to the security deposit.
If there is evidence (excess amounts of dust) renter took the RV off road for a prolonged period of time there will be an additional 150 cleaning fee. If the appliances need to be cleaned by a professional there will be a $150 admin fee along with the bill from the Rv shop. Usually Jackson RV or camping world.
The vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank or we will charge a top-up fee $100 along with the cost of fuel based on current prices.

Jonathan was a great host. We felt confident and comfortable driving the Minnie Winnie knowing it was well taken care of prior to our trip. Jonathan was generous with his time and knowledge. We just might have to come back to book again!

We had a fantastic experience renting Jonathan's RV. It was our first time in an RV, and Jonathan was the perfect guide — he spent a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle's operation and was super communicative before and during the rental. - We had rented another RV that cancelled on us at the last minute. When we asked Jonathan if it would be possible to pick up the RV several hours earlier than normal following its return by a previous renter in order to keep our original itinerary, Jonathan went out of his way to get the vehicle cleaned and ready in time. Literally 12 hours after we first contacted him — amazing! - Everything worked well and we had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

What a wonderful time! This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and couldn't have been more please. Jonathan was a very experienced and terrific host. He met us at the airport and check out process was efficient and I formative and then on the road we went. The camper was incredibly easy to drive and had everything we needed for our small family (including the cute little teddy bear gifted to our daughter). On the road, Jonathan was also responsive if needed and had suggestions for our road trip. All in all, this was a great experience and couldn't recommend it enough.

My trip was perfectly imperfect! Jonathan was Absolutely Amazing, I call him my Coach. To understand the value of my experience just a bit of background, this may not apply to most looking to rent, but it is my story. I just turned 62 and I have a few health challenges. I have never even been in a RV, My husband and I tent camped for 35 years. I have dreamed of having an Camper Van or RV for over a year and have watched countless YouTube Videos. This trip was multi-purpose for me. I wanted to celebrate turning 62 and getting my first SS check. I wanted to test my solo physical capability and see if I would even enjoy the RV whole experience. Renting was a great way to do this, although I was a little unsure about it all. After a month of searching RV options and communicating with a few different owners and dates, I chose Jonathan and his 24ft Chalet. Best choice ever!!! I had so many questions, just trying to make plans I sent several questions to Jonathan. He was ALWAYS patient and quick to respond, he even set up a time for me to come the day before so I could be as prepared as possible. The day of my trip I was excited and anxious and a little intimated just driving to where Jonathan lives, steep and winding road , a bit scary just to get there in my van, I thought the RV would be really scary. After going over all the functions of the RV, even going the extra mile to help me find a way to take my trike, Jonathan had put me at ease, his confidence in me gave me confidence. Then came the driving lesson / test, I was nervous but never once felt intimidated or pressured. Jonathan is a great coach, he had respect for my desire to do this and me being a newbie only made him a better coach. To keep a very long story shorter, I made it to Joseph Stewart Park (in the dark) and was successfully setting up until I had my first small challenge. Jonathan was right there via text to walk me through that and a few other challenges that came up over the trip. But he also stayed connected with me to celebrate my wins and adventures. He completely made my experience a joy. As for the RV, I named it Super D, for many personal reasons. It is a 2005 unit and while Jonathan has lots of plans for updates, it is not fancy or modern and it has a few old age aches just like me. But I did not care about any of that, I moved in and made it a wonderful home custom fit to me for 4 days. We did have some functional issues, but again Jonathan was always available to work through them with me. Having issues in no way took away from my trip (or my rating), it was part of my learning experience which was more valuable to me. This is where having the best coach ever really made the difference, he never made me feel bad about not knowing what to do. So, I do recommend the RV if it fits your needs, the size was perfect for me as were the imperfections. But if having the right person to work with is just as important to you as it was me, then I highly recommend Jonathan. I will forever treasure my experience and can only hope one day to build on it with my own rig. I now have a much better idea of what I can do and what I will be looking for.

I travel a lot for work and when covid made it impractical to visit clients because of hotel stays my company got an RV for my trip and I loved it so I bought one myself to be able to travel. Our busy season is from May to October so I thought it would be a great opportunity for others to enjoy their own adventures in an RV.
