Don't let the year fool you. Although Sally has some wear and tear from lots of use, her structure is solid and the memories she has created gives her the character many people look for in a pop-up. She's lightweight (985lbs) and ready for an adventure, be it the woods or a music festival. We put many hours of love into giving this 1991 lady of the woods a face lift, you wouldn't believe what she looked like before. Bring your hiking pet, good boots, campfire food, and allow yourself to be happy wherever you take our Roanoke. The dining table is versatile for dining, playing games or turn it into a bed if need be. Please treat the old gal with love. What's includedThough we had to remove the original stove, we created a cutting board style prep area where you can get your campfire food ready with the pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and eating utensils we have provided. There is an electric hook up, where we have included a hot plate to cook with, a small fan, and a space heater for the cooler nights. We also have a backpacking propane burner (please provide a small propane can, but will provide if requested in advance), collapsible sink, an egg container (to protect those eggs from breaking), fly swatter, soaps, spray cooking oil, cups, toilet paper and paper towels, napkins, 2 comforters, spare blanket, 4 pillows, sheets, x2 curtains with curtain rods, trash bags, water container, flashlight and battery-operated lantern, and clorox wipes. Everything is stored in cabinets or under the dining seats.
*The ball hitch is 1 7/8 inch.
RecommendationsExplore anywhere you can. The beauty here is so abundant. Play some board games or read a book to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a campfire. Why does food always taste better when you're camping? We just ask to take good care of our Lady of the Woods as if she was your own.Other things to note**PLEASE READ INSTRUCTION BOOK prior to opening/closing to avoid breaking or damaging**
*we are flexible on pickup/drop off times...just let us know prior. We do wake up early for work so please try to avoid after 8pm*
Delivery is case-by-case basis since we both work week days and have kids.
Pets welcome, but to avoid upholstery tear, no pets on beds or seating.
NO smoking inside or within 15 feet please.
420 friendly, but keep it outside (+15 feet) due to the flammable materials inside.
Special requests (ex. propane) ask in advance.
Check your vehicle's towing capacity.

Meet your host, Heather

A family of 4 that is always outside. We bought our pop-up in November 2022 and decided to renovate it, so when the weather improved in April this year, we got to working. I LOVED every bit of restoring our camper and discovered that I want to continue giving life to older campers, so I'm hoping to flip another one some time soon. For now, we are going to embrace our newly refurbished pop-up and would love to share her beauty with others.

We are experienced tent trailer users. We had an old StarCraft for several years, and this Coleman wasn’t much different. The reason I say that is because set up can be confusing if you’re a newbie. The trailer was very comfortable. The beds are both full sized so we stacked the mattresses and used only one bed, using the other bed deck for all our junk.2 were quite comfy. It’s so nice not sleeping on the ground any more. We had a bit of rain and wind along the Columbia River and we were dry and out of the wind. There’s no stove or sink so bring your own water, basin and camp stove. I believe there’s a one burner butane stove so confirm that and pick up a couple butane cooking canisters at the camp store. They’re similar to the propane ones but not interchangeable. Set up was a breeze but you need to be sure the trailer is level. We always bring a small carpenters level and check it on the frame. Heather and her husband are very nice and they did a nice job of refurbishing the trailer. We’ll be hopeing to use it again next year for our annual camping trip to the Columbia. Or the Yakima. Or, wherever we go next year.

We had a great time camping with our 1.5 year old and 2 dogs! It felt great to get outdoors and this pop-up gave us the feel that we were tent camping but with more room and structure! Since we were in the early fall, we definitely appreciated the space heater during the chilly nights! And the curtains were a nice touch for creating a sleep space for my daughter!
