This trailer has a basic roof mounted solar panel that is always charging and allows the ability to keep the lights and USB charging ports always active. In order to use the appliances or plug outlets, the Trailer needs to be hooked up to an outlet or have the generator running. Rear left and right-side mounted cameras are installed and functional with vehicle mountable 5.5in screen included to allow safe reverse operation of the trailer. Sleeping arrangements include a private room with a queen bed and a mounted 32inch Roku TV. The rear room has a bunk bed layout with a full-size bed below and two twin sized mattresses on top. There is a 32inch TV in the common area over the dining table. Radio with USB hookup installed with interior and exterior speakers.
We include Linen for the bathroom, beds and basic amenities for you to use and enjoy. This includes basic mattress covers and fitted sheets for each mattress. Kitchen supplies and utensils and cookware, 2 camping chairs, small foldable table and standalone awning. Extra blankets are available upon request. Sheets for the dinette table and the sofa bed are not included.
We have dogs and love taking them with us camping and want you to do the same if you have them. We just ask that they not be allowed on the sofa or beds.
Will deliver for a fee within a certain radius of Syracuse Utah. If delivering within 10 miles of my home, I am willing to reduce the fee.
We have a stand-alone gas-powered generator we are willing to allow to go with the trailer for an extra fee. Gas not included.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
depending on my work schedule, i am willing to deliver and pick up the Trailer within specified limits. during my work schedule, i will be more limited with times that i can deliver and pick up. it will be in the afternoon when i have the most availability but I treat each destination with consideration and am willing to make exceptions

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This is a 50Amp trailer so a site with a 50 amp hook up is needed in order to run both AC units and appliances at once. a 30 amp hook up is possible however only one AC unit can be used at a time.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
having a second person to help with maneuvering the trailer in tighter spaces and backing up is always helpful. upon initial walkthrough of the trailer, I will show you everything you need to know to operate the trailer safely and easily. I am also always available for questions during your trip.
