Great RV we had a blast with it. The host, Summer, was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I give this a 4 out of 5 stars is because the RV was not cleaned. I didn’t notice when we did the walk through but once we started loading our stuff in you can tell it wasn’t cleaned. The bathroom had a used diaper in it. The shower had hair on the floor. The cubbies were not fully cleaned out and had miscellaneous items in them. Other than that I would definitely rent from again.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and strive to maintain high standards. After investigating your claim, we found no evidence of a diaper in the bathroom. Additionally, we take before and after photos of our facilities to ensure they meet our standards. We do sometimes provide miscellaneous items such as rubber gloves, trash bags, a cutting board, and maybe paper plates if we have them On hand, and they are usually helpful on any excursions. It was my first time camping in a rv and it was way easier then dealing with tents I would recommend everyone to rent an rv for there camping trips makes everything more smoother and easier specially if you have kids like myself summer and her husband responded quickly every time I had a question about the rv and the rv itself was just amazing ac works perfectly and rv rides strong and smooth I would recommend to rent from them 100%
