We had the best time in the Munchkin. We stayed 20 days in it. For a couple the size is absolutely perfect. Also runs really well and managed our trip to Vancouver island and Banff National Park without struggeling. It is a pretty well maintained 80ies RV, so of course you need to adjust a little bit to it.
Just needed to hook up to electricity every 2-3 days (we'd say every 3-4 if it's sunny and you're driving), the watertank has 28 liters and got us going for approximately 3 days without having to fill up again (depending on how much you shower obviously). It is super convenient and comes with an oven, big fridge, comfortable seats, bed etc... Also we were so happy with our host Kevin. Whatever doubt/question we had - he responded super quickly and was reliable and happy to help with anything. Would definitely book again!

Kevin was a delight. Made the check-in process fun. We loved the rig. It had everything we needed.

Long Story Short: when you are lucky enough that one of Kevin‘s RVs is free and fits your party size - book it!
The Munchkin was the best vehicle we could hope for - way way More charme from outside and inside than any of the standard rental RVs which you See out there in hundreds. Easy to drive, easy to park and comfortably fitting two people of 1.85m and 1.82m at day and night.
Equally, if not more, important: Kevin is the best host you can imagine. He was on standby for us 24/7 even before our journey began as well as throughout the whole travel and loves his vehicles with his full heart. Whenever we needed some help he was there (the Outdoorsy service is very good too by the way). All around a lovely experience, we recommended him to all our friends and whenever we are back in Canada, he‘s our man :-).

The Munchkin was everything we could hope for. We really fell in love with the lifestyle that this beautiful machine could provide. She handles the road like a champ, and although a bit slow up the hills (nothing to worry about), she gave us more time to enjoy the views. The best part was our host, Kevin. He was always available for us and answered our questions in minutes. He made everything available to us, whether it be towels, a generator, propane, and even a pack of beers to start our trip on the right foot! :) We will definitely prioritize Kevin's glampers when the road calls us again. We absolutely loved our experience and have nothing bad to say about the Munchkin or Kevin. If you have the opportunity to rent one of Kevin's glampers, by all means, take it!!! You will not regret it.

First off, Kevin was such a great and friendly host. He was very responsive and will help you understand the RV systems before leaving. The amount of preparation and servicing he does on his RVs is impressive. Even though the RV is older, it has been very well maintained and runs like new. The Munchkin was such a great little RV with so much character! We didn't have a single issue with the RV and our trip went very smoothly. It was great driving around in this little piece of the past and getting attention from all of the other drivers on the road. We were met with lots of friendly smiles, waves and thumbs-ups as we made our way across Canada. I highly encourage anyone to rent one of Kevin's three RVs he has available for a one of a kind adventure. Thank you Kevin for sharing your wonderful Munchkin with us. We will look forward to future trips with you should we ever go back and visit.
