Cancellation Policy: Renters must be aware of the cancellation policy. A full refund will only be provided if cancellations are made within a specified period before the pickup date. 9. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover potential damages or additional fees. This will be refunded upon a satisfactory return check. 10. Amenities Use: Instructions for using onboard amenities like the stove, water system, or entertainment suite should be followed strictly. Misuse may result in charges. 11. No Alterations: Renters are not allowed to make any modifications or alterations to the RV, both internally and externally. 12. Roadside Assistance: If the renter encounters issues, they should contact the provided roadside assistance number or the owner immediately.
