Owner Responsiveness

Renters consistently highlight the importance of the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness. Positive experiences frequently mention Rick being 'very pleasant and easy to communicate with,' 'great to deal with,' and 'very quick to reply.' Renters value owners who are 'agreeable, flexible' and go 'above and beyond' by providing extra service, like setting up the trailer or being understanding about minor incidents. Conversely, a poor experience noted issues with the owner being late for pickup and giving an unhelpful response when a critical amenity like heating was broken, demonstrating that quick, helpful, and flexible owner interaction is crucial for a positive rental experience.

Vehicle Condition

The physical state and functionality of the rental vehicle are paramount for renters. Many positive reviews praise the trailer as 'spacious, clean and in excellent condition,' noting the owner's 'pride and care' in its maintenance. Renters expect the vehicle to be 'ready when we arrived for pick up and clean.' However, negative feedback shows that issues like 'dirty' vents, 'burned out bulbs,' or a 'not working' heater can detract from the experience. Crucially, discoveries of 'mold inside the fridge and on the mattress' demonstrate that cleanliness and proper working order are non-negotiable for renter satisfaction and basic comfort.
