Embark on your next adventure in our 2022 Highland Ridge 30' travel trailer. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people with two in the queen size master bed, two in each full size bunkbed, and one each in the sofa bed and dining table. Get cozy in the living room with the electric fireplace and smart TV. There is also a Bluetooth stereo with speakers both indoors and outdoors. The trailer has 2 propane tanks and 2 batteries as well as a generator, if needed (at extra charge). We will also provide everything needed for full hookup sites. You will need a vehicle that is able to tow at least 7,000 pounds as well as trailer brakes.*When selecting Delivery/Pickup- please have everything cleaned & packed up prior to our arrival when we pickup trailer from campground. If we are not able to depart from campground due to lack of preparedness by set time you will be charged a late departure fee.*Absolutely NO Pets in the trailer. If we find there was a pet in the trailer, it will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. What's included• Beds- upgraded mattresses, sheets for master bed & bunks (Pillows and blankets not provided)• Kitchen- pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, basic spices. Other things to note-No music festivals.-No smoking in the trailer.-No pets please.- Please return the trailer in the same condition it was rented in. NO FOOD or other waste can go down the drain.-Please don't hang anything from awning.-If you need help with anything, please call or message us.
