Sunny has made the trip around the USA twice and been our rock star bullet proof rolling house of hysterical family fun for weeks at a time! The added benefit is Your Money is going to be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston! We take whatever is leftover after all the fees and maintenance and support Paul's Posse and rare stomach cancer (Gist) research.Technically sleeps 11, but the dinette, and two fold out couches (one in the main area and the other is the lower bunk, are more for people or kids less than 5'6"). I'd say more like 8 comfortably, 11 snugly.) Also, we Upgraded the Mattress to a really nice one from the junky one that comes with it. Sleep well!Easy to drive - really just like a super long pickup truck - just be careful when leaving from a standstill when near structures, don't turn the wheel too hard at first otherwise the back will swing and could hit something - always best just to ease away at a shallow angle till clear (mostly gas pumps!)).We can help provision you so you can maximize your vacation time - just contact us and we can see about pre-loading with stuff you want so you can hit the road as soon as you pick up Sunny. We have an easy to read User Guide for on the road trouble shooting - not from the manufacturer, but from the owners to get to the typical questions and stuff like "How do we turn on the stove?" "Why won't the awning retract?"Happy to talk you through all the fun you can have and provide tips and even access to RVShare for "RV safe" driving directions so you won't crash into a bridge or drive on a parkway, or a road too steep for the RV!You'll have a great time in Sunny and feel good about support Dana Farber Cancer Institute! What's includedSome want the RV empty, some want it provisioned to the gills. We have a total camping setup, and based on your add-ons (or custom needs), we can setup Sunny to get you on the road quickly and hanging out like pro-campers wherever you choose to go! Just let us know using the messaging and we'll do our best to work with you.RecommendationsWe've taken Sunny to almost every state in the US - except Alaska! We've had great times throughout New England - even took Sunny over the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard!Other things to noteWe're a family, not a business so we hope we connect with like-minded respectful folks. We love pets and our dog Bauer has come with us everywhere! Bring yours, and if they're a shedder not a problem, however, if it takes a lot of time to get up the fur (like an Akita!) so we charge a fee for excessive pet hair removal. We are allergic to smoke from cigarettes, cigars and marijuana, even vape residue. Please enjoy outside of our mobile home away from home. And yes, there will be a hefty cleaning fee to rid any smoke out of the RV so we can use it ourselves. We'll have the gas and propane tanks topped off for you, and expect it back full (if not we'll charge you for the actual gasoline and propane at market prices and a $25 fee for the effort) - Tolls charged against the EZ-Pass/License Plate while in your care will be deducted from the security deposit. We don't allow anything to be towed behind her, yet please enjoy the trailer hitch bike rack at no charge. Please always lock the RV House door AND the cab doors. The Dashcam is forward and side facing only (does not record inside the cabin), and re-writes the memory card every three minutes only to catch any accident that may happen (stop it immediately only in case of an accident where the video would help the investigation). There are some other guidelines and stuff in the manual - hopefully you'll find that helpful too.Couple of driving tips..... (1) watch out for trees! Branches can sneak out from the side of the road and clip the top, and scrape along the sides (yes, branches WILL leave scratches), (2) PLAN your EXIT BEFORE pulling into a mall / gas station etc - slow it down and think about how you're going to get out first...a diagonal approach to any changes in road height can avoid scraping, (3) when either side is parked near something, don't turn the wheel hard and drive, the backend will whip around and potentially hit that thing - like a gas pump... ;-) and (4) please keep Sunny at about 3,000 rpms - with only intermittent jumps to 4,500 rpms, it is 10 cylinders, but about 15,000 lbs!
