Brand new 2022 camper!! Its light and easy to tow with only a V6 needed! This camper has all the amenities you will need for your families next vacation! Sleeps 5 comfortably, 6 if you have small children. Slide out features provides extra space in the camper and the table turns into a bed (sleeps one adult or two children). Has a Queen size bed with storage underneath and on top. Bunk beds are two singles. All mattresses have waterproof sheet and flat sheet. Kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave and stove top, all brand new and in perfect condition. Bathroom has sink, toilet and stand up shower. Has brand new tv with access to Netflix (just need to connect to WiFi or use your hotspot). Also comes with a Bluetooth speaker with easy connection to your phone or other electronic device. AC, heat and fan are in perfect condition. Water pump and water heater are top notch as well (27 gallon water tank). Propane tank is provided. Outside the camper has a beautiful awning that lights up in the evening. Also has a fan for when you are grilling. Comes with a decent size storage spot for luggage, chairs and other outdoor activities you want to bring along. We do have lawn chairs available upon request.
