5.0Overall, exactly what we were hoping for in our first Class B rental. There were some maintenance challenges getting started, but Tyler was EXTREMELY responsive and patient with us as newbees. We learned a lot about the benefits and challenges of RV living... satisfying our primary objective while exploring and enjoying the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I would not hesitate to rent again or refer a friend to Tyler if a Class B fit the need. In the end, Tyler made everything right and even suggested meeting us at the Milwaukee Airport to ease our departure back to Maryland as we were running a bit behind our planned drop off time to comfortably make our flight home. Top tier rental experience.

5.0The quality of everything was excellent. The vehicle power, driveability, turn radius and water storage was excellent. The bed is huge and comfortable, the popup bed very comfortable too. The fridge stays super cold, heat works well. Microwave is a convection oven too and works well. Nothing negative! You will love this RV!
