5This was our first RV trip, this RV was perfect for beginners. Driving was very smooth and has good visibility on the road. The hosts Nicole and Justin were very friendly and communication was timely and supportive. I would recommend the RV to others, and we hope to rent it again for future trips. Thank you!

1. General Rental Guidelines
• No Combustible Smoke: Evidence of cigarette/420/incense smells will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
• Pets: Approved with $75 fee. Stains or damage may incur a $300 charge.
• Road Use: Paved roads only. Off-roading, beach driving, or unmaintained routes void insurance and renter is responsible for all damage.
• Festival Use: Not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized use may forfeit deposit and cancel trip.
• Roof Access: Not allowed. Damage from climbing or roof storage will be billed.
• Awning Use: Use at own risk. Requires care when closing. Misuse = repair cost.
• Fuel: Return full or pay market price + $25 refuel fee.
Dump Fees:
• Black tank: $350 if not emptied
• Gray tank: $75 if not emptied
Cleaning: Excess dirt, odors, or stains may incur up to $150 fee.
Missing/Damaged Items: Billed at replacement value.
2. Pickup, Drop-Off & Delivery
Flexible Times: Available with notice. Confirm in advance.
