The RV is fully loaded and furnished with everything you need except clothes and food. The kitchen comes with pots and pans, utensils, kettle (boiling water), plates, bowls, Tupperware, toaster, cutting board, basic spices, a cabinet container contains (knives, bottle opener, lighters, grilling utensils, and more), dish soap, hand soap, sink sponge, dish towels, paper towels, trash bags (small and big), 4-5 floor mats, vacuum cleaner, and broom. The master bedroom comes fully furnished plus extra sheets and small fan. The bunkhouse which has 4 sleeping areas with pillows (3 bunks and a queen size fold out on floor). We have included additional cushion for added support for the fold out on floor. The bunkhouse
cabinet includes multiple extra sheets, towels, wash cloths, 4 sleeping bags. The additional sleeping in main area (convertible table and jackknife sofa) has sheets in the bunkhouse cabinet. The entertainment cabinet comes with RV manual, first-aid kit, additional lantern lights, batteries, disposable gloves, and plenty of movies. The bathroom which has outside entry also, has black tank chemical, RV cleaning sprays, 2 trash cans, toilet brush, toilet paper, and hand soaps. The outside kitchen has small refrigerator, pull-out 2 burner with propane hook-up. The outside storage compartment has 2 black containers (2 electric cords with adaptor to connect if needed), surge protector, 30-50 amps connectors,
2 white water holes with angle adapters, water filter and water regulator, 1 orange holes for cleaning tanks, 2-4 sewer holes with clear attachments for both ends, sewer holes levelers, blow out device for toilet, generator surge plug, and cord connector, and more additional items. Also, an extension cord box with additional plugins, 2 small extension cords, camping table, 4 camping chairs, 2 mats, 2 side table, and 2-man hammock. An additional container provides grill/propane holes and connectors for all type of cooking, tent stakes, cloths line rope, and many more small items useful in camping. We require the RV to have Full Hook-up unless been approved. If we have approved a Non-Full Hook-up, both Tanks will need to be dumped and empty. If excess cleaning of tanks needs to be done- a charge of $75 for each tank. Do not flush anything into toilet but RV/Marine toilet tissue. Regularly checking black/gray tank levels in case of blockage. The RV is smoke free, if evidence of smoking and/or damage in RV - you Forfeit your Deposit. We do allow pets, but if evidence of pet stains or damage- may Forfeit your Deposit or part of it. We provide 2 propane tanks (excessive usage - $30 each tank-we are flexible-ask if question). Being aware the site/location hook-up (20, 30, or 50 amps). Know if you over running multiple items may trip a breaker. We will provide Welcome Booklet with Inventory List that will be signed on Check-in/Walk through/Delivery of the RV. The Welcome Booklet will also have a copy for you of the departure procedures and return procedures for your help and review. We will also go over them on the departure/return for any questions. The Welcome Booklet will have short cuts that we will be going over on the departure/return for your later review if needed. The RV was exactly as pictured! Clean and spacious. Definitely overkill for our family of 3, but we appreciated having the extra space, and especially loved that we were able to take our dog along for the trip. Jeff and Stephen were great hosts! They provided us with everything we could've needed, from a load balancing hitch all the way to clean linens and great communication both leading up to and during our trip. I will definitely be looking them up again next time I'm ready to rent.

We rented the RV for overflow guests at a large family fishing event. The minute you opened the camper it smelled so clean! Ac was cold and worked great, beds were comfortable and the bedding was premium. We didn’t use a lot of the bells and whistles but this camper has them all. They have thought if everything and pickup and drop off were great! We would highly recommend and are so thankful to Jeff for making this work for our dates and needs.
