The generator will be needed for any boondocking if you wish to run anything more than lights, furnace, and water. This is our family camper and we take very good care of it. We ask that renters do the same.Other things to noteNo smoking is allowed in the camper. Respect and accountability are expected. Pets need to stay off the furniture. Delivery and setup are required unless otherwise approved by the owner. If allowed to tow the camper, a 3/4 truck is required.

5Our trip to Sand Hollow was great. Brian was great to work with and the trailer worked out really well for our family on this trip. 5Branin was awesome to work with! Great communication, great trailer, and great guy! The trailer was perfect for our family, and the mid trip water refresh was easy and convenient while adding peace of mind that we wouldnt run out of water since we were camping in a remote area without hookups and we were able to keep our little one clean a bathed. Overall great experience and great price for everything that Branin offered and helped us out with! Keeping him in mind for future rentals if we ever need to again! Thank you Branin!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Some flexibility is allowed, Please check with the owner for specific situations.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If docked in a campground with full hookups, 110v power, water, and sewer relief will be available at all times. The A/C, TV, and Microwave can be used at any time. If camped where full hookups are not available, the generator is required to run the appliances, water if finite at 57 gallons and sewer holding is necessary via the black and grey water tanks.

What do I do if I have a problem with the RV?
A.
If your problem is MINOR and EASILY fixable go ahead and take care of it. If the problem is a bit more complicated, i.e. Fridge won't work, A/C won't turn on, Awning broke. PLEASE CALL THE OWNER FIRST!
