This is a very clean, like new trailer. 2014 North Trail made by Heartland. The Sunny Wanderer will comfortably fit up to 8 guests! Enjoy 37 feet, 3 slide outs, 2 private bedrooms, 2 kitchens (indoor/outdoor), 2 showers (indoor/outdoor) and 2 indoor dining areas!
We allow well behaved pets for an additional fee, no smoking of ANY kind.
*This trailer is tow-able with an approved vehicle. Your vehicle must be able to tow at least 10,000 lbs. and have Trailer brakes.
*Delivery is a popular service. Pricing:$40 within 25 miles and $4/mile up to 400 miles. Delivery charge is for delivery and pick up. Example: camping spot is 50 miles from trailer location, total delivery and pick up charge is $4x50=$200. Monica is an awesome owner , and the trailer was immaculate. Monica was extremely responsive and very accommodating to all our requests - and she made sure that the trailer had everything we needed. It really felt like our home away from home . We will make our trip to Zion an annual event , and will be sure to rent from Monica everytime

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Hookups: there are several type of hookups; knowing what hookups you have reserved at your camp site is very important to avoid confusion for all parties.
*Full Hookups: sewer, water and electric.
*Partial Hookups: means you will have either water, electric or sewer but not all 3.
*No Hookups: the trailer's only power source will be a fuel powered generator that needs to be delivered with the trailer. Fresh water will be filled and you'll be limited to 30 gallons for your trip.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A couple days before your arrival, I (Monica) will reach out and ask your ETA to the site. If you are arriving before dark, we do our best to arrive just before you do so everything is ready when you arrive. If your arrival time is unknown/after dark, we will set up the trailer and send you a series of videos on how to use everything. We are always available during your trip for a video call or phone call.

*We offer delivery service and 99% of our renters choose to have the trailer delivered. $50 within 25 miles and $4.00/mile up to 400 miles. Message me for a delivery quote.
