Badass RV! This baby is amazing! You will need a beefy truck that has a towing capacity of at least 15,000lbs. We can only deliver and pick up on weekends. Perfect for family plus friends. Sleeps 7 comfortably, but has room for more if need be. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and the couch is all recliners that lay wayyyy back. 2 air conditionings that keep her super cold in the summer (No generator, you will need 50amp hook ups to run both AC's) and a Propane heater keeps her warm in the winter. 1 full bath in the main living area and a half bath in the garage with a door in and out for easy access and less mess in the main area. 12' garage that can store your golf cart, 4 wheeler, motorcycles, kayaks, floats, or paddleboards. You name it. The back garage door also folds down into a patio with a fence!The inside kitchen comes with a gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge! Large pantry plus plenty of cabinetry for storage. Bluetooth radio that plays indoors and/or outdoors. Large TV. Outside kitchen ready for football season. TV, grill, sink and fridge! What's includedDishes

Communication with the host was lighting fast throughout the process! Perfect size toy hauler for our first rv outing. My wife accidently broke a part of the cooktop and Jennifer and Anthony were so helpful and kind throughout the process so that we could make it right. Definitely looking forward to renting again! Trailer performed as expected. We appreciate their willingness to help with the drop off and pick up. It should be noted that the trailer does not come with adapters to convert 50 amp to 30 amp so hoping they include that in their package to avoid any hickups when using a smaller generator or plugging into a 30 amp breaker. The battery should be placed on a load test to ensure proper charge as well. We also noticed a few missing bolts in the pop out which should be addressed and fixed before the next trip, which we expressed to the owners and they said they’d look into it. Otherwise we loved using it and it worked great for our needs! Definitely recommend this trailer to others in the area.
