Michelle and Sugarbear are amazing to work with! Not only was the RV set up exactly as described, but anything we needed during our reservation received a quick response. Communication was always clear, and she was patient on days I was unable to respond right away during the initial booking. Michelle provided details on exactly how to operate the RV to make our stay seamless. The pick up & drop off option was extremely helpful to us, as we are not confident driving vehicles of this size. We even had the option to have linens provided, saving us so much packing space and time. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We ha a fantastic adventure with our Sugarbear rental. Michelle and Tracy took really good care of us including letting us switch things up to a different RV at the last minute and also responding quickly when we had a question getting set up. Our RV was super comfortable and well equipped, we had everything we needed for a comfortable adventure for our family of 4. Communication and operating instructions were very clear. We will definitely do this again and would highly recommend renting from Sugarbear.
