Travel in comfort in our 2022 Winnebago Class A RV. It features a queen size bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 full, one 1/2), washer and dryer, fireplace (electric), 2 AC units, 2 indoor, onboard generator, convection/microwave oven, gas stove, and full size refrigerator/freezer! Both the sofa and dining table convert to beds, as well as a full-size loft bed that lowers down. Additional sway bars were installed for your driving/riding comfort!We love dogs, and they are allowed, so long as they are well behaved! What's includedFresh linens and pillows, towels, wash cloths, camping chairs, portable propane grill, basic dishes, cookware, utensils, and basic toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc.). WiIl provide dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. A small amount of RV safe toilet paper, paper towels, and sponges will also be in RV.Recommendations• If you are new to RV camping, we recommend a quick getaway to Huntsville State Park (or another nearby RV park). This is close enough to us that we can deliver and set the RV up for you in the park! This would require availability of my husband, as this is out of my scope of duties! Please inquire for details.Other things to noteWe can provide additional amenities list upon request (i.e., coolers, portable ice maker, etc.).
*Absolutely no smoking/vaping, etc. in the RV. Any evidence of this will require a fee for a professional service that mitigates odors.We love dogs! We welcome your pets on our rig, so long as they are well behaved. Just let us know they will be joining you! Renter will be responsible for any pet damage. Several years ago, we decided to make our camping trips a bit more comfortable! We began with a travel trailer and found that we absolutely loved it. I used to say I would only tent camp, but as it turns out, I really appreciate AC as well as solid coverage during storms! We later upgraded to a Class A RV, as we knew we wanted to continue traveling the country! Our favorite thing about having an RV is being able to travel everywhere with our dogs. They love the outdoors just as much (probably more) than we do! We are happy to share this opportunity with others and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
It depends on the date/time of the request. I do not drive the rig, so it will be based on the availability of my husband. We might increase the distance for delivery if reasonable. Please send a message if you would like us to consider a further drop-off!
TIP: We can drop off and set up for you at Huntsville State Park if the dates work with his schedule!
Q.Can I use fabric dryer sheets in the washer/dryer?
A.
No. The design of the washer/dryer combo prohibits fabric dryer sheets. They will get caught in the barrel of the machine. We can provide laundry soap/liquid fabric softener upon request.
Q.What's the deal with generator fees?
A.
Generators are expensive to maintain and replace. We include 4 hours per day of usage. This is usually only a concern for those who are dry camping (no electric hook-ups, etc). In the event there is a major storm that knocks out power to a campsite- please reach out to us. We do not want you to panic over fees in the event of an unexpected outage. If you can provide proof you were at a campsite that provides electricity, and there was a loss of power, we will consider a reduction in fees
Q.Will you stock the RV for us?
A.
Sure! For an extra fee of $50, we can stock your fridge and pantry. This can save you time and get you on your way to your destination quickly! (you would do an HEB curbside order near us, and we would pick up and stock for you!)
