Once you have booked your rental you must complete the pre check in process. Not completing this process will cause costly delays and possible cancellation.***Late check in/out***
$1 Per min. At the 30 mark you will automatically be charged for the full day and re-scheduled to our next available check in/out time. No exceptions. When checking OUT after 2 hours the motorcoach will be reported stolen. All fees associated will be added. To avoid these fees let us know 24 hours in advance so that we can try to work something out.***Oversized Outdoor Games***

Any damaged or missing items will be taken out of your deposit. The cost will include the cost of the item, getting it replaced as soon as possible, wages and service fees. If an item is only sold in bulk or sets the cost of the bulk or set purchase will be charged. (ie towels, tool sets, silverware, sheets ect). Specialty or discontinued items will be charged according to the current cost of the updated item chosen.

5We had a wonderful RV trip with our family and made priceless memories. Queenie B was very professional, kind, and quick to respond throughout the entire process before, during, and after our trip. We highly recommend renting this RV through Queenie! It comes completely stocked and ready to go. All you really need is your personal belongings and food. It offered a great deal more with better terms and price than other RV's we considered. Thank you Queenie for going above and beyond giving us added peace of mind and support!

1Do NOT rent this RV from Queenie. When we picked up the RV it smelled of weed, had dirty dishes in the sink, and was filled with the previous owner's black water (sewage)-fine we needed to get on our trip. During the trip we NEVER got the stove, oven or awning working due to a battery issue (which we communicated with her during the trip). We also have a lot of error codes popping up on the dash. Once we returned the RV she tried to claim that we broke the awning (yes, the one we could use because of the battery) among other things. In her claim report she used old photos (you can tell by the direction and where we left the RV) to take my entire deposit. Definitely a shyster.
