1.0Camper was dirty on arrival. Dog hair all Over sofa, sheets were obviously not washed, dirt and hair all on sheets. Had to go buy new sheets to put on for the trip. Would have been nice to have a few things kept in camper, like some soap, dish soap, etc with the cost per night. There were towels that were very paper thin that I had to use to clean up the leaking water from all over the floor that she charged me $40 for. Was also charged a “cleaning fee” of $300 on return which is twice as much as it costs to Clean a large house. Had mechanical issue and had to call roadside assistance then felt like we were scalded for returning the camper 2 hours later than agreed due to roadside assistance call. Was also rude when returned. Expect a not very clean camper and someone searching to charge you for every possible thing.

Is there a pet fee?

There is no upfront pet fee but if the RV is returned with excess pet hair or pet damage up to a $300 fee will be applied.

Absolutely! I'm happy to offer some flexibility with pick-up and drop-off times—depending on other bookings before or after your trip, I can usually accommodate a couple of hours either way. If you're looking for a guaranteed early pick-up or late return, we do offer those options as add-ons for your convenience.

What do I need to do before returning the RV?
A.
Return RV in same condition: remove trash, wipe surfaces, sweep, clean dishes. Empty/rinse black & gray tanks (or add service), return fuel to same level, and remove all belongings. Excessive dirt, full tanks, or missing items may incur fees. Late returns may be charged unless pre-approved. Cleaning and dump service available for a fee. Our RV comes fully equipped, and we expect all items to be in good condition once returned. Please Note: Any missing or damaged items will be charged.
