Communication was great. We even had a question during our trip for water connection and Katie was fast to respond. The generator provided is an external generator stored inside the camper during the drive, and is over 100 pounds. It’s very difficult to lift. Supplied toiletries, toilet paper, and silverware were limited. However, we were prepared with our own. The main bed is super comfortable. Good camper for a short trip as long as you have two people to move the generator.

This RV rental was just perfect for our quick trip to the area. The hosts provided excellent communication before and throughout the trip. The RV had the comforts of home, which really made our time spent using it wonderful. It drove well, had a comfortable bed, and was really fun to use! If you’re in the Spokane area, I’d recommend their RV!

Great experience with the RV as well as Katie. She was very prompt with responses, even before the trip, as well as a question I had on Thanksgiving. The RV itself is really nice and the dual slides make it feel very roomy when extended. They included a very nice low noise generator - we didn’t use it as we had shore power access while parked - as well as bedding. The beds were comfortable, and bigger than I had anticipated. The RV drove really well thru hilly terrain as well as thru multiple roundabouts. If my family decided on the same trip for next year I’ll see if I can book this again.
