4.0Had a solid experience. The RV drove great and had no issues with pick up or drop off. Hosts were great. The RV itself was fine, there were some things that were duck taped together and a sliding door was missing to the master bedroom, but that did not stop really inhibit us from having a good experience.

3.0Hannah (the host) was great and very helpful. She walked us through everything on the RV and helped us hook it up to the truck with her hitch. We had a question while we were at the camp site, I texted her and she was quick to reply. Pick up and drop off was easy and flexible with no issues. The RV itself....... the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no padding whatsoever. We noticed this before we left, so we brought extra padding for the main queen bed, but, you shouldn't have to do that, as that is the point of getting an RV. We had to take both pads from the bunks and put them together to even be able to sleep at all, otherwise, it was like sleeping on pavement. The other thing I would say is that the RV was pretty dirty. There was a ton of dirt on and under the entry rug, the extra blankets were crusty and the drawers and cabinets were very dirty with crumbs and things. All that said, we did enjoy our time and want to purchase an RV of our own.
