Our Forest River Sunseeker, “Family Fun Bunk House”, is the perfect family Motorhome for your next adventure. All new upholstery and bed mattresses. A 12’ living room slide out makes for some great space to stretch out on the double leather recliners. Easily sleeps 8 and possibly 10 if you like to sleep on a recliner. Everyone loves the bunk option layout with two sets of bunk beds in the back! Mom and Dad sleep comfortably in the over cab Queen bed with memory foam topper. And of course the table turns into a bed as well. Everything works perfect on this rig including a/c, furnace, fridge/freezer, range/oven, shower/toilet. You can enjoy a movie on the tv/dvd player while driving or camping. Bose soundbar with Bluetooth to play your own music. All can be powered by a reliable propane gas generator if needed and batteries as well. We provide all bedding, pillows, blankets, kitchenware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, griddle and other misc. items for your use. Feel free to play any games found in the RV! Use the rear hitch cargo holder for those big coolers or extra items. This baby sports a V10 E450 gas engine to get you anywhere you want. Only 45K miles on it. The awning has been removed due to repeated damage. What's includedAll bedding, camping chairs 8, kitchenware, cooking pot, frying pan, plastic utensils, plastic cups, hot chocolate cups, paper plates, games, lantern, first aid kit, road safety kit, foldout canopy, ziplock bags, paper towels, toilet paper, black tank odor packets, seasonings, toaster, griddle, DVDs, roasting sticks, tool kit, tarps, outside decor lights to hang up, rubber gloves for dumping tanks and extension cords. RecommendationsWe are located in the middle of Spokane Valley and surrounded by campsites in all directions within 1-2 hours!Other things to noteWe ask that our renters limit number of pets to two. Pet Fee is a one time Fee of $75. Some exceptions can be made regarding pet number.
Please return the RV reasonably clean. A standard cleaning fee of $100 is required for all rentals and will be used for prepping the RV for the next renter i.e. COVID standards of disinfecting, vacuuming, and exterior wash. Anything requiring a deeper clean or stain removal will require an extra $100 deep cleaning fee.
All fuel and water tanks will be full upon pick up. Renter is responsible for returning the RV with full gas and propane tanks.
A fee of $100 applied if returned with less than a full tank of gas.
