Private Front Bedroom with Camper Queen comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Private Rear Bunkhouse has two single bunks and one Double bunk bed to sleep up to 4 children. Dinette table and “jack-knife” Sofa both convert into additional sleeping areas. The Definition of "Glamping"... Our Grey Wolf offers a Fantastic Outdoor Kitchen which includes side by side fridge/freezer, a cook top Griddle, sink & even an Ice Maker, to allow for all of your outdoor entertaining needs! The front Bedroom has a wall-mounted 32” TV for private viewing, while the 40” Amazon Fire TV can be re-moved from the interior wall bracket & connected to the exterior mounting bracket, making it super easy to have a family movie night or to watch the game outside, under the cover of a 15’ electric awning! There is also an Hdmi connecting Blu-Ray Player included, which will connect to either TV (Blu-Ray/DVD movies not included). Enjoy your favorite music with the built-in Bluetooth compatible Radio/Stereo which features speakers on the RV interior & exterior or set the mood/ambiance inside & out with the cool Blue LED accent lights of the Grey Wolf!
Although we list our RV as NOT pet-friendly, that only pertains to Cats, Reptiles, Birds and Rodents. All Family Dogs ARE welcome to come with you on your next camping adventure! We only ask that you Please keep your four-legged family members down and off of the RV Beds & other furniture. This rule is to minimize & avoid potential damage. • Although we also enjoy a good road trip, our Grey Wolf gets very homesick when it leaves the New England area/region. Please inform us in advance if you plan to travel outside of New England with our RV. We DO NOT allow our RV to leave the country under any circumstances.
• Dogs are welcome inside of our RV but must be kept off of the beds/bunks and other furniture. Dogs should never be left alone and unattended inside of the unit. No other animals, including Cats, Reptiles, Birds or Rodents are allowed inside of the Grey Wolf.
• Pet Cleaning Penalty: Pets can make messes when left unsupervised. Upon RV return, if there is any urine or feces smell detected inside of the Grey Wolf, a $250 Cleaning/sanitizing fee will be assessed out of your security Deposit.
• Absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed inside of our RV. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or vaping.
• Smoking Penalty: Smoking smell abatement is not cheap. Upon RV return, if the smell of smoke is detected inside of the Grey Wolf, a professional cleaning fee of $500 will be accessed out of your security deposit.
• Black and Grey Water Tanks should be emptied and rinsed prior to RV unit return. An additional fee of $150 will be accessed and charged if both tanks are not emptied & rinsed clean.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Flexibility for picking up depends on unit availability; If the RV has been returned, prepped and is ready for pick up in advance. Flexibility with dropping off is more difficult as there may be another renter waiting to pick up the RV and we do require time to clean and prepare the RV between rentals. If another renter is not waiting for the RV, then flexibility with drop off is possible.
