- 8,000 BTU Air conditioning and 20,000 BTU Furnace
- Full bathroom with small tub/shower.
- 6 Gallon Hot water heater with 27 gallon fresh water tank; 30 gallon grey water tank; 30 gallon black water holding tank
- Linens are provided for the beds, but you will need to provide your own blankets/sleeping bags and pillows.
- Plenty of storage space for all of your needed supplies for a longer trip (Can haul 1000+ Pounds of extra cargo)
- Electric trailer jack for ease of loading/unloading and leveling

5Matt was very attentive to details. The camper was delivered as promised and was set up and ready to move into. Matt followed up after the first day to make sure everything was working and up to are expectations. He provided many small extras that made the experience more enjoyable like a coffee maker with coffee provided. The refrigerator was on and cold and the TV programmed to local channels.
