Thank you for taking the time to consider our RV for your Camping or travel adventure. This is our personal RV in excellent condition with exceptionally low miles. We are excited to share it with you for your camping or traveling enjoyment. We know there are many choices for you and we hope that this description helps. We Take a lot of pride in our RV and maintain it in "like new condition". This RV is large enough to travel and camp comfortably with or without hook-ups anywhere you choose, yet small enough to fit in all campsites that many of the larger ones are not allowed in. It is very easy to drive and has a rear view camera to assist in backing up. It sleeps up to 6 people and features a walk around Queen bed with a slide out in rear, a front over- cab Queen bed, and the dinette converts to a bed as well. It has 4 seat belts including the driver and passenger. It has a 32" TV that can connect to cable or your smart phone or tablet. Ducted A/C and heat will help keep the interior temperature to your desired comfort via a digital wall mounted thermostat. When electrical hook ups are not available, this has an Onboard 4K watt- 30 amp generator, 2 rooftop mounted solar panels to recharge the 12v coach batteries so you don't have to run the generator during the day to do this. It has a hot water heater, shower, porcelain toilet and bath sink. Kitchen has an oven, 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. This unit is fully self contained with 37 gallons of fresh water, 32 gallon grey water holding tank and a 27 gallon black water tank. 12.9 gal propane tank so you can camp without hookups if desired. It also has several Locking outside storage compartments. This Rig runs on regular unleaded gas, depending on conditions,it has a driving range of 400+ miles per tank. What's includedWhen you pick up this RV,It will be clean inside and out,have a full tank of gas, a full fresh water tank and the propane tank will be full. The black and grey holding tanks will be empty. So all you need to do is drive and have a good time. We will provide fresh water hoses and pressure regulator for fresh water hook ups, Sewer hoses and connectors for sewer hook up, 30 amp cord for electrical hooks up along with a 20 amp adapter if needed. We will include a pack of RV toilet paper and tank deodorizers for each rental. Disposable gloves, Coffee maker, Toaster, dishes- plates-bowls, coffee mugs, utensils, pots and pans.
We will include a (2- bicycle)-Bike rack or a Firewood/utility rack for free with rental along with 2 fold up camping chairs and a small fold up table upon request. All you need to bring is linens, towels, blankets, pillows.

Within less than a half days drive, You can enjoy the coast anywhere from San Diego to Laguna beach, Santa Monica, Zuma, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Morro Bay, Cambria, Carmel, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Fransisco Etc...There are many Camping opportunities along the way. Within an hour from here, local beach camping favorites include: Leo carillo, Sycamore cove, Thornhill Broome, Point Mugu, Rincon, Emma Wood beach, Refugio, Faria beach, Carpenteria. Jalama Beach is about 1.5 hours away and is known for its beautiful beach, famous Jalama burger, it situated near Vandenberg space force base, and If you are lucky, you can see them launch missles, satellites and rockets for military, and Space X. Within 2 hours from here, you can find Flying flags, this is a nice campground located near Solvang and the Chumash Casino. This area is know for its many wine tasting rooms nearby and is close to Lake Cachuma. We also have many Lakes and rivers nearby to enjoy. There is Lake Cassitas, Kern river, Lake Isabella. The Colorado River is about a 4 hour trip and has many camping spots as well, including Pirates cove, Lake Havasu, Lake mead. There, You can camp right along the river and enjoy the many things to do, such as take a boat or seadoo on the river, river rafting, fishing, hiking, dirt bike, Atv riding. Desert camping is a favorite among many, where you sleep in the open desert just north of the Mojave Desert. Calico Ghost town is a couple of hour drive North and has designated camp sites. There you can see old gold mines, they have a great Halloween attraction in October as well. Many people like traveling north, taking in the many sites on their way to Napa Ca. There you can see the rolling hills and many famous wineries, enjoy wine tasting and or see the calistoga hot springs. California really has it all, traveling and camping are generally enjoyed year round. You are only limited by your imagination. Travel and see why so many love it !Other things to note No Festivals such as Coachella, burning man, Stage coach. No Smoking, vape, or drug use. Any evidence of smoking, vape or drug use in the RV will cause forfeit of your deposit. Please allow adequate time to do a complete pre-rental inspection and orientation so you can learn how to use this RV safely and to have the best possible camping experience. When you return the RV, please allow adequate time to perform a full check- in inspection to be sure that the vehicle is returned in as good of condition as you rented it. Please note that the Gas and Propane tanks must be Full upon returning the RV. There will be a $45.00 fee plus the cost of the fuel or propane if either is returned lower than full. An additional $45.00 charge will also apply if the RV is not returned with empty black and grey holding tanks. You do NOT need to fill the fresh water.

Rules and policies
* No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* Add Ons for Additional Offerings are provided to ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE and protect our RV.
* You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
* If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
* Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
* Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
* Awning use is strictly prohibited, if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refun
* No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
