Are you looking to hit the road in total comfort??!! Then you’re in the right place! We are looking to share our RV so that others can enjoy the open road and seek new adventures. This RV is new and won’t leave you stranded on the side of the road. It does not require a special drivers license and is really easy and fun to drive.Don’t worry about packing all the basics as we have this rig already loaded up with chairs, tables, mini BBQ, portable outdoor cooktop, and much more.This rig also comes with twoTVs inside, one 50” TV outside, two DVD players and a real electric refrigerator..If you’ve rented an RV or trailer before, you’ll know that those propane refrigerators don’t work that great. Whether your dry camping or hitting RV parks, you won’t have an issue staying cool with dual AC units and 5000 watt generator.With a king bed dressed up in fresh/clean 1200 thread count linens and a plush down comforter located in the master cabin, a jackknife sofa that turns into a queen bed, a full bunk bed that drops from the ceiling and a table that drops into a full size bed, you won’t have an issue finding a place to sleep.I hope you can enjoy our RV and the extras that come with it. Bill and Rachelle here! We are a family of 4 that pretty much loves anything outdoors... Everything from hanging out at the beach to hiking, mountain biking and off-roading. When we are not off exploring, We are enjoying our little mountain paradise hanging outside with a nice crisp IPA or glass of wine. We are born and raised tent campers but recently experienced the dark side or “RV Life”as I like to call it. I hope you can enjoy our RV and create new memories too.

Dumping Fee
A $75 dollar fee will be applied If both grey tanks and black water tanks are not empty upon return.

Excessive Cleaning Fee
This is one of those fees that should never be charged to anyone unless that person leaves our RV in a disrespectful manner with trash, dirty dishes or blown out stains all over linens/surfaces. If this is the case a $500.00 fee will be deducted from your deductible.

Fuel Top Off
If fuel is not topped off to the level it was received $5.00 per gallon will be deducted upon return.
