Awesome family camper! Take fantastic family vacations in this practically brand new camper. Separate bunk room features 3 twin bunks and a mini dinette. This camper is 35 ft with 1 big slide. The out door shower is amazing when you camp anywhere there is sand. The outdoor shower even has hot water.What's includedFresh linens for beds, dinette conversion and pull out couch will not have linens. 3 camping chairs, and all nessary items will be included like water filter, pressure regulator, surge power protector, 110 conversion so you will be able to plug it into your house prior to leaving so the refrigerator can precool. The weight distribution hitch will be included as well. Make sure your vehicle is equipped with a trailer brake system. RecommendationsAny state park is highly recommended. Jellystone rv resorts are fun as well.

This RV has full hookups, Electric is 30 amp. Sewage drain is on the left side of the RV as well as the water hookup. A water pressure regulator and water filter will be included in the rental. A power surge protector will also be included as well.

Yes, this RV has power stabilizers. They are very easy to use.
