Our trailer is fully loaded with a pop out. It includes king bed and pull out couch including TV and radio which plays inside and out. Full kitchen with microwave oven and full bath with a spacious shower. Trailer operates with heating and air unit. Nice awning with surround blue lights. Outdoor grill and chairs. Lot of underneath storage. Requires at least half ton truck to haul.What's includedTrailer will have fresh clean linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We have camping chairs, table and outdoor floor mat. Also, comes with DVD movies.Other things to notePets welcome

All was exactly as described. A quaint perfect for two people trailer. Very nice as it was newer plus included the essentials. Everything was in good working condition and Danny provided us with a generator for our usage since we were dry camping. Thanks so much for “hosting” a great trip into Northern California.
