2Honestly the bathroom issues on this trip destroyed the trip. Paying thousands of dollars and still having to try to repair an RV that isn’t yours is absurd. Maybe make sure your rentals will not have these issues. Not apologizing and being quick to blame us for the issues was really annoying. We didn’t do anything to make the connections come apart and we didn’t put holes in the sewer pipes. The drawer coming out under the table about took me out more than once u til I secured it. Telling me I just need to bend the metal hooks to make it not slam open is ridiculous. The total lack of cooking equipment and broken coffee maker is a whole other issue. The slight cosmetic issues of that motorhome were not an issue. However the bathroom connections should not come apart. The brakes shouldn’t squeak constantly when you knew we were taking g a cross country trip. I’m just happy nothing serious happened. No worries. You won’t be seeing us as renters again.

5The RV was great and very clean. They were great to work with, answered all my questions, and made check in and checkout easy. We will be renting again.

5The Williamson team was so easy to work with. Our unit was ready and waiting for us to arrive and load our things. The unit performed as expected and we really enjoyed our trip into Canada for Niagara Falls. Justin and Kathryn were very receptive to our questions and was there when we needed our quick questions answered. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to customer care and helping to ensure our trip was a success. The Gilbert Family

4.5Williamson RV is the BEST! These folks truly care and make sure no matter what, you will have a good experience. Last year I had a company cancel on me two days before my trip and Williamson RV came to the rescue. this year the RV I had reserved got stuck in Yosemite National Park Floods and they still managed to provide me an incredible RV (actually an upgrade). Great People, Great Business. HIGHLY Recommend them for any of your RV/Camping Needs. I will use no one else!
