This is our home on wheels, George. George is a 37' Class A RV. He has all the amenities of home, I.E. dishwasher, Residential refrigerator, washer/dryer combo 1.5 baths with a shower you can actually take a shower in. Outside is an outdoor TV and radio with awning and awning light. This RV has all comforts of home and is a great way to travel. Has new steering stabilizing bar and new suspension. We have driven cross country in George and had no issues. If you want to boondock, George has a generator to Power the entire rig as well as 50 gallon fresh water tank with water pump. What's includedAll full hook up cables and hoses are included as well as all linens, towels, pillows, a couple days of toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pots, pans and cookware. Outside is a small propane grille, folding chairs, camping and fishing gear.Other things to noteWe will be locking some of our storage compartments that co tain personal items. We ask eve. though you will have access you don't open locked storage areas. Delivery and set up is available to the local Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge areas. With proper communication we can deliver and set up for you and offer a tutorial on how things work.
