4More than 4 stars & less then 5 - Cathy and her team =] were ready and waiting on us on the pick up day. With help of her husband the hook up to my truck went smoothly. During our stay at the camp site there was an issue with a leak with an inlet hose in the bathroom, so if you rent the RV check to insure it was fixed so there isn't any inconvenience during your trip. Otherwise it was a great experience and the RV handled well pulled by a 1500 RAM. Thank you both for the help and the quick responses.
