5.0The whole process of rental was super easy! The van was very clean and well stocked. It was easy to drive after I adjusted the seat (I am 5'3 =) My kids enjoyed riding in the back. Lots of space everywhere! I seriously consider getting VanCraft van myself now. The only 2 things I would change are getting magnetic window covers and getting rear partition for the back (our pillows fallen to the ground a few times when I opened the back).
