5.0My husband and I had a fantastic time in the pristine Mercedes Storyteller van. Tricia and Karla were excellent hosts — responsive, clear, and kind in every exchange. The instructional videos Tricia sent ahead of time were a huge help whenever questions came up about operating the van during our trip. They truly thought of everything and put a great deal of care into renting their vehicle. We're avid truck campers, so this was our first taste of van life, and what a treat it was. There's something so freeing about waking up and driving straight to the next destination without packing up camp each day. We spent the week exploring the Olympic Peninsula, and the van made everything feel easy and seamless. It drove comfortably, and filling the clean water tank and emptying the grey water was simple and straightforward. The van came stocked with everything we needed: bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, a full water tank, camp chairs, an outdoor shower, and more. We used the outdoor shower once, and a hot shower in the middle of a camping trip felt like pure luxury. We're both tall, but we slept comfortably in the bed (cozy, but it worked)! If you are on the fence, book it!

5.0Tricia’s Mercedes camper van was exactly what my husband and I needed to enjoy our trips to Cascade National Park and the nearby national forest. The van handled the roads really well, and the diesel fuel cost more, but made the engine more responsive and powered the lights and appliances inside the van, so there was no need for a loud generator or electrical hookups. The van also included all of the supplies we needed, including a cooler, an extra folding table, a great shower privacy tent, cassette toilet and two comfortable, easy-to-store camping chairs. The retractable awning was also a nice homey touch. Tricia was communicative, responsive and flexible from when I first made the booking, and she responded within one hour when we had a few questions during our trip. I highly recommend renting this camper van from a great host.

5.0Everything about this van was perfect for our PNW trip. Tricia was easy to communicate and flexible with us picking up the van early due to our flight getting in early. The van literally had everything we could have asked for. I am 6'1" and the fold down bed fit me just fine. The pickup and return of the van was very seamless. This van drove so smoothly and everything was laid out on how to run all of the different electric stuff. We were unable to get the heat working on our trip on the coast when it was chilly at night, but it was something we could live without! :) The awning made out trip so lovely while it raining the whole time we were there! We would definitely rent this van again in the future!

5.0The van was perfect size for 2 people. We did fold the bench into a bed for more sleeping space with a 6’3” adult, the bench conversion was very comfortable with the foam pad provided. The kitchen supplies were perfect for our cooking needs. We loved having sink / water access for campsites that didn’t. We used the cooler for nonperishable food storage. No issues with handling the vehicle. The electrical and plumbing was easy to navigate with directions provided. Felt like home and would rent again if in the area again.
