Two-person camper is ideal for exploring the PNW and beyond. It's best feature is the remarkably comfortable, elevated queen bed. Using a custom-made screen, the rear doors can be kept wide open at night for fresh air and the view while keeping out bugs.Features include:
- Queen bed (60" w x 75" long), with access ladder
- Solar panels to help keep power flowing to the refrigerator, ceiling fan, and lighting
- Hand washing sink with five gallons of potable water (foot pump)
- Dimmable overhead lighting and dimmable garage (under bed) lighting
- Large "garage" storage under bed for paddle boards, backpacks and tons of gear
- Ample cabinet space for food and supplies
- Passenger chair swivels to face the interior
- Clothing bar for drying towels and hanging items
- stand up straight inside with 6'4" interior height
- Blackout curtains and window sun shades
- Safety equipment: smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kitDriving notes:
- Backing up is a breeze with the proximity sensor--beeps get faster as the van approaches an obstacle.
- The van is rear-wheel drive and gets about 15 MPG on the freeway.
- Height is about 9.5 feet. 10 feet of clearance is an absolute minimum. Do not attempt drive-throughs or parking garages, and beware building overhangs.
- Cabin is comfortable and quiet!I have lots of additional items that can be included for a small fee:
- fishing poles and tackle
