See bottom for summary of possible fines/feesMany people ask about early pickup and late dropoff. I'm proud to be flexible with renters but only ask that a time be agreed upon beforehand due to the possibility your trip conflicts with another. I simply take the prorated nightly cost/rate from your trip per hour past the 24 hour periodEx) You pick up at 10am, you drop off at 10am for no extra charge. If you want to drop off at 2PM and your nightly rate is $240 - then you would pay ($240/24 hours = $10 per hour extra) $10 X 4 hours or $40 more upon return. I hope this makes sense and seems fair (Consider that most hotels have you check in after 3PM and checkout at 11am...).Late returns (beyond the rough time that was agreed upon) or failure to communicate any changes to your return time will incur a $50 fine. If the return is so late that it conflicts with another booking that was disclosed to you- $150 fineBig NOs NOs:- NO FESTIVALS - It's in the booking details already but no concerts, festivals, events, tailgating, etc. There is a tracker in the van so yeah... skip the Catalina Wine mixer. Loss of deposit if violated- NO SMOKING - do it outside for Pete's sake ($150 fine for strong smoke odor inside). This includes the campfire whose smoke is going right into the open rear doors of the van. (For obvious reasons, you need fires at least 10 feet distance from the vehicle.)- NO PETS - We love furry friends but we love keeping our van clean for each guest more
and preventing our custom cushions from taking on a permanent dog smell. ($150 fine if signs of pet hair)- DON'T LET GREYWATER OVERFLOW ($100 fine bc it's nasty and easily avoidable)
Freshwater tank is 7gal and greywater tank is 7gal, so just simply empty greywater when
you run out of freshwater and avoid dumping outside liquids down the sink. You can
dump anywhere away from a water source or street/storm drain because we use
biodegradable dish/hand soap.- NEVER drive it through an automatic carwash. It's likely too tall and it will damage the solar panels.- No TOWING ANYTHING- No unauthorized drivers- No walking on solar panels- Don't drive in soft sand or deep mud - you could get stuck- Drive her easy, no fast turns, no wheelies, avoid potholes
- Turn sink pump and inverter off after use. Conserve water and energy!UPON RETURN:- Empty greywater tank
- Remove all trash/ food leftovers
- Spray/Pressure wash it if muddy or covered with bug guts, NEVER automatic car washes
- Top off with Diesel at Safeway Seattle (cheapest) or a local gas station and provide a physical or picture of the receipt showing day/time (before drop off).
$20 fee in addition to fuel cost if the tank is not brought back full.CHEAPEST FUEL OPTION

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. In general, if you want to pick up slightly early, return early as well. Pick up later and you can return later. I can accommodate a 1-2 hour gap here. Ex) Pick up at 10am Friday, drop off by noon Sunday.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We don't have an electric or sewer hookup. Makes things much easier on the go!
Q.
How far are you from the airport?
A.
I'm less than 20 minutes from the airport! Uber would be cheaper or about the same I would charge to deliver as I need to go two ways, not just 1 (there and back with my wife driving separate)
Q.
Is the "daily included mileage" per day or per night?
A.
Each night that you rent counts as a 24 hour period with the van. Each 24 hour period or night that you book includes the daily included mileage. For eg: Friday morning pick up-> Sunday morning return counts as 2 nights or two 24 hour periods
