Every good adventure needs a trusty sidekick. Banjo's been one since 2002. It's a Chevy Blazer ZR2 with 4x4, upgraded suspension, 31-inch tires, and every piece of gear you need loaded and ready to go.The national parks are why most folks come out here. Rainier, Olympic, the North Cascades, and Banjo is built to get you deep into all of it. Here's the catch nobody mentions: the campgrounds inside those parks book out months ahead and fill fast all summer. That's where 4x4 wheels earn their keep. If the park campground is full, Banjo's got you. Its four-wheel-drive gets you to a gorgeous free dispersed site on the national forest land just outside the boundary, so you camp serene by night and explore the park by day. Best of both.Dispersed camping is the kind where you pull off a forest road onto public land, find a clearing with a mountain view, and sleep there for free. No reservations. No fees. No cell signal, usually, but that is kind of the whole point.+++ THE RIG +++

It runs upgraded suspension, 46mm Bilstein shocks, factory skid plates, a wider stance on 31-inch RT tires, and a 4.3L Vortec V6 with a low-range transfer case (4-High for gravel, 4-Low for the slow technical stuff). It's an easy automatic, so if you can drive a car, you can drive Banjo, and it's been wheeling Washington's forest roads for over two decades. It knows the job. The charges below come out of your security deposit ONLY if they apply, and everything is handled through Outdoorsy. We photo the rig at pickup and drop-off, so it's all documented. Take care of it and none of this comes up 🤘
• ⛽ Fuel: Full-to-full. Return below full and we refuel at $6/gallon plus a $15 service fee.
• 🕓 Late return: Drop-off by 5:00 PM, 1-hour grace. After that, $30 plus a prorated hourly rate. If it disrupts the next booking, the full daily rate per 8 hours late plus $100.
• 🚭 Smoking: None, ever. Smoke or vape odor is a $250 charge.
• 🧽 Cleaning: Trail dirt & exterior mud is on us. But mud caked seats, extensive spills, leftover food, or trash left behind will incur a $150 charge.
• 🐶 Pets: Welcome with the Pet Add-On at checkout. Without it, pet fur or window nose smears charged at $50 anyway. Please add the Add-On and let your fur baby enjoy the pet mat and biscuits :)
• ⛺ Missing gear: If something's missing, replacement cost comes out of your deposit. Everyday wear and small accidents are completely expected and never charged. Larger incidents are handled at the Host's discretion. Happy to share links to any gear you loved on the trip!
• 🛣️ Tolls: The rig is equipped with a Good to Go pass for WA. Drive right thru! Toll charges incurred during your trip will be charged at cost and a bill provided via Messages in Outdoorsy within 7 days of dropoff.
• 👩🎤 Festivals: Festivals and tailgates are all good. The one exception is Burning Man, which our insurance doesn't cover, so the rig can't go.
